Medical Aid Initiative Norway (MAIN) is a Norwegian medical NGO ( Non-governmental organization ). Since 2015, members of MAIN have completed larger operations in Hungary, Greece, Lebanon, Iran, Rojava, Syria, Kurdistan and Iraq.

Among these are:

• Securing medicines for the public health services in the Duhok Governate for USD 970 000.
• Securing tons of emergency aid and medical equipment for KRG ( Kurdistan regional government )/Iraq.
• Securing medical aid and treatment for a large amount of refugees and IDPs in Lebanon, Greece and KRG/Iraq.
• Secured hearing aids for children in the Duhok Governate for USD 320 000.
• Securing tons of emergency aid for refugee camps on Lesbos, Greece.
• Securing large amounts of medicines, machines and consumables for hospitals in Lebanon and KRG/Iraq.
• Securing food and clean water for larger refugee camps and settlements in Lebanon and Greece.
